Some Stress, Some Relief

Stressers:
What are your stressers..... everyone has a different idea of stress and many people deal with it in a different way. Maybe it's a driver that cuts you off and almost causes an accident all because they were talking on their phone while driving. Or maybe it is that person in the express line at the grocery store that has way more than 15 items in her basket and just doesn't seem to give a hoot that everyone is in a hurray also. I'd like to get some feed back on your stressers maybe give me one a day as well as some of your ideas about de-stressing. Here's one idea use aromatherapy to help you relax.

Ylang Ylang Essential Oil (Cananga Odorata) Complete Madagascar

Description: Ylang Ylang Essential Oil(Cananga Odorata) Complete(means first pressing) The therapeutic properties of ylang-ylang oil are antidepressant, antiseborrhoeic, antiseptic, aphrodisiac, hypotensive, nervine and sedative.
